How earnings work
We make no guarantee about how much you can earn — that depends entirely on your volume, the service types you cover, and the commission arrangement you already have with your suppliers. What we can set out is how the platform itself works:
Commission comes from suppliers, not customers
Comparing plans and sending an enquiry is always free for consumers. Your commission is calculated under your existing agreement with the telecom supplier.
One flat membership fee, and no cut of your commission
Membership is HK$300 per 3 months, which works out at HK$100 a month. Comparable consultant platforms charge around HK$1,000 a month — roughly ten times the cost to get in. Beyond membership there is no listing fee, no charge per lead, and no commission share: every deal you close is 100% yours.
Matched enquiries are passed to you free
We don’t sell leads. Enquiries matching your service coverage are routed to you directly — you never buy them one by one.

When can I start taking clients?
Once you’re verified and your first offer is live, you can start receiving platform-matched enquiries.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes. There’s no minimum sales requirement and no set hours. Many consultants take enquiries alongside a full-time job, replying over WhatsApp whenever suits them.
I already work as a salesperson at a carrier. Can I still join?
Yes, but it’s your responsibility to confirm this doesn’t breach your contract with your employer or supplier. The platform doesn’t manage that arrangement for you.
How does verification work?
We verify your identity and the suppliers and service types you say you represent. Once you pass, your profile carries a verified badge. Verification confirms who you are — it isn’t a platform guarantee of any individual quote.
How is customer contact data handled?
A customer’s contact details are visible only to the matched verified consultant, inside the consultant portal. The public request wall shows anonymised details only. See the privacy statement for specifics.
What are the rules for offers I list?
Quotes must be genuine, currently available, and state their terms clearly. In particular: if a plan is subject to fair-use throttling you cannot describe it simply as “unlimited data” without disclosing the limit — Hong Kong’s Trade Descriptions Ordinance prohibits misleading omissions, and the responsibility sits with whoever publishes the listing.
